Q: What age groups do you see?

A: We accept clients 6 years of age and above.

Q: Do I need a referral to attend counseling?

 A: Generally, most insurances do not require a referral. Please contact either your insurance company or our staff for more information. 

Q: Are sessions available via Telehealth?

A: Yes, we are currently offering telehealth due to COVID-19.

Q: How long will my appointment take?

A: Generally, sessions are between 45-60 minutes.

Q: Is my insurance accepted?

A: We accept most major private insurances. We also accept Self-Pay clients as well as TX Medicaid and CHIP programs.

Q: What if I do not have insurance?

A: We do offer a discount Self-Pay rate

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to such. If you do not show up or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you will be assessed a $50 fee. This fee is not paid by your insurance company. 

Q: Do you prescribe medication?

A: No, we do not have psychiatrists employed at our office at this time.
