Q: What age groups do you see?

A: We accept clients 7 years of age and above.

Q: Do I need a referral to attend counseling?

 A: Generally, most insurances do not require a referral. Please contact either your insurance company or our staff for more information. 

Q: Are sessions available via Telehealth?

A: Yes, we are offer telehealth sessions via Skype after the completion of an in-person initial assessment (1st session).

Q: How long will my appointment take?

A: Generally, sessions are between 45-60 minutes. Initial assessments range from 60-90 minutes.

Q: Is my insurance accepted?

A: We accept most major private insurances, self-pay clients, as well as TX Medicaid and CHIP programs. Feel free to call and ask our staff about your insurance.

Q: What if I do not have insurance?

A: Our self-pay service rates are $80 per individual appointment, and $100 per couples session.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours or more before the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a $50 late cancellation fee.

Q: Do you prescribe medication?

A: No, we do not have psychiatrists employed at our office.
